Brown Vs. Clinton …

I remember this debate. I also remember this man… this was the Jerry Brown that I adored and admired. This is the man I put nearly a year of my life on hold to support and volunteer for in seven different states including months and months in the snow in New Hampshire, a second place finish in Massachusetts, big wins in Connecticut and Vermont, and a complete maelstrom that was the New York primary. We almost had it – limiting contributions to $100. He told the truth then. This week, he endorsed Hillary Clinton for president, just before the California primary. I’m not really surprised. People change; I’ve changed, too. It’s OK. But this was the man I admired for speaking truth to power. Thank you, C-Span, for releasing stuff from the 1992 campaign during the last few months.
