This and the construction of desalination plants all over the world, to bring fresh water and an oasis to the deserts, immediately, are the only ways to combat potential climate change issues and sea water elevations. Are the hypocritical movie stars and millionaires with multiple homes going to get out of their private planes and live with less to save the planet? No. Are the rabble going to go back to horse and buggies or ride bicycles like they do in China and India? No. This is the only way to curb the potential problems. Everything else is just control and manipulation of the global economic system and nothing more.
